South Orange Distribution Center

South Orange Properties hired McCree to design and build a new nearly 75,000 square-foot distribution facility to be located near the 528 in South Orlando. The facility will serve distribution needs throughout the region. The building exists on nearly 240,000 square-foot of site and has 147 parking spaces. The building is multi-tenant with high bay capacity to meet varying loads. Through McCree’s design-build approach, planning, design, and construction stayed aligned around budget, constructability, and long-term performance. The finished facility is straightforward, durable, and built to perform reliably over the long term.
