Vista Lakes Retail Center

This multi-tenant retail center was designed and built by McCree. It uses the McCree pre-cast wall panel system and was completed in 7 months. Each space was left unfinished for tenants to customize their interiors. Careful coordination helped keep the work aligned with schedule, quality goals, and the needs of the occupied environment whenever required. Through McCree’s design-build approach, planning, design, and construction stayed aligned around budget, constructability, and long-term performance. The finished space helps the client deliver a memorable customer experience while supporting efficient daily use. Retirement
