Physician Associates Sand Lake

Physician Associates hired McCree as the Design Builder for more than 25 of their multi-million dollar facilities designed to fulfill a variety of different medical office needs spanning women’s health, family medicine, pediatrics, orthopedics, podiatry, imaging, cardiology, gastroenterology services and much more. The scope of work varied for each medical facility, including new construction, master site planning and new parking, all performed using Lean scheduling and project management. Specific offices, such as the Sand Lake facility, were located on a hospital campus and required additional consideration as well as skilled communication on the part of architects, project managers and field crews. Additionally, many of the Physician Associates locations encompassed multiple tenants with individual needs. Through McCree’s design-build approach, planning, design, and construction stayed aligned around budget, constructability, and long-term performance. The completed facility provides a clean, welcoming environment built to support care delivery and long-term performance.
