McCree completed the LYNX Paratransit Operations Center to support staging, dispatch, vehicle movement, and the day-to-day demands of a transportation service environment. The project was planned around operational flow, access, and the dependable performance required for routine service activity. Through coordinated planning and delivery, the team kept the work aligned with schedule, quality, and long-term function from start to finish. That effort helped create a practical facility that supports efficient operations while remaining clear and easy to use for staff and vehicles alike.
