City of Inverness Town Hall

Project Overview

McCree and SchenkelShultz designed and built the City of City of Inverness Town Hall to house six city departments, including administration, public works, developmental services, finance and parks and recreation as well as city council chambers. Additional spaces were also included to be used for future expansion and interim tenant lease. High-quality and low maintenance materials were used to construct the two-story concrete block building, which also features custom millwork performed by McCree’s in-house millshop. The project was completed on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. Through McCree’s design-build approach, planning, design, and construction stayed aligned around budget, constructability, and long-term performance. The completed facility gives the owner a dependable civic asset built for service, flexibility, and long-term value.
