Sonata West at Nemours

McCree designed and constructed a new 12,200-square-foot medical office building located at 2020 Daniels Road in Winter Garden, Florida, completing the final phase of the Sonata West campus. The facility is positioned adjacent to Sonata Senior Living’s assisted living and independent living communities and is fully leased and occupied by Nemours Children’s Specialty Care, which provides a comprehensive range of pediatric specialty services to families throughout West Orange County. The project scope included design and construction of the medical office facility, master site planning, and development of new parking and supporting infrastructure. McCree utilized Lean scheduling and project management techniques to maintain efficiency throughout the project while coordinating closely with both Sonata and Nemours. Special care was taken to minimize disruption to the surrounding senior living community and neighboring residential areas while delivering a high-quality healthcare facility.
