McCree partnered with Enterprise Rent-A-Car on multiple projects across Central Florida as part of an ongoing contract, including locations on John Young Parkway, Walt Disney World, McCoy Road, the Rosen Center, and Winter Park. Each facility was designed and constructed to support Enterprise’s operational needs, incorporating customer service areas, high-capacity car wash systems, vehicle detailing bays, fueling infrastructure, and electric vehicle charging capabilities. The projects required extensive site development, including large paved areas for fleet circulation, utility coordination, precision grading, and comprehensive stormwater and dewatering systems. McCree carefully coordinated site logistics and construction phasing to maintain operational continuity while work was underway. The completed facilities provide efficient fleet management environments that support Enterprise’s continued growth and customer service throughout the Central Florida market.
