Guardian Care is one of Orlando’s oldest medical facilities. McCree, partnered with RL Burns (certified MBE/VBE local firm) and Provisions (certified MBE local firm), was awarded the Construction Management for Guardian Care’s new Skilled Nursing Facility.

This project consists of constructing a new skilled nursing and assisted living facility. Construction will take place while the current facility remains in operation. Master planning and coordination of site logistics, parking, and flow of current operations during construction was paramount to ensure the safety of medical staff, patients, visitors, and construction personnel. Concise coordination during pre-construction ensured the budget remained in line, the schedule and coordination of construction activities were aligned with the busy campus and strict adherence to AHCA/ICRA/ILSM compliance.

Guardian Care, just like Orlando Health, presented an opportunity to  give MBE/WBE/VBE firms a chance to be part of this esteemed project.
