Guardian Care Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Guardian Care is one of Orlando’s oldest medical facilities. McCree partnered with RL Burns (certified MBE/VBE local firm) and Provisions (certified MBE local firm), was awarded the Construction Management for Guardian Care’s new Skilled Nursing Facility. This project consists of constructing a new 131 skilled nursing and assisted living facility. Construction will take place while the current facility remains in operation. McCree’s construction management role provided steady oversight during preconstruction and field execution, helping the team coordinate scope, schedule, phasing, and quality from start to finish. The completed facility provides a clean, welcoming environment built to support care delivery and long-term performance.
