Orlando Health Pediatric Rehabilitation Center

Due to the nature of Orlando Health’s Pediatric Rehabilitation Center project and the young patients involved, McCree took special care to create spaces where not only the children would be able to recover and overcome various challenges, but where their families would be able to remain nearby in comfort. Within the Pediatric Rehabilitation Center, McCree built a new lobby, speech therapy rooms, offices, a conference room, kitchen, and private breast-feeding rooms. McCree also built multiple state of the art gyms geared specifically towards pediatrics including a fine motor gym, small and large sensory gyms, a baby gym, and orthopedic adolescent gym. The project was completed on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. McCree’s construction management role provided steady oversight during preconstruction and field execution, helping the team coordinate scope, schedule, phasing, and quality from start to finish. The completed facility provides a clean, welcoming environment built to support care delivery and long-term performance.
