Central States Enterprises

Project Overview

For the new headquarters of Central States Enterprises, McCree primarily focused on the necessary and important renovations to the building. McCree immediately moved to replace components such as the massive monument exterior wood gable trusses, the original steel pipe columns supporting the north side of the building, and other extensive structural components which threatened the building’s overall stability and safety. The roof also required replacement and McCree repaired the internal gutters and added external downspouts which are designed to maintain the original appearance of the building. In addition, McCree replaced the old wood-framed solarium with a new aluminum and glass solarium. McCree’s construction management role provided steady oversight during preconstruction and field execution, helping the team coordinate scope, schedule, phasing, and quality from start to finish. The result is a polished workplace that supports productivity while creating a strong first impression.

Client Testimonial
They understood the importance of not just building a structurally sound facility, but creating an environment that was welcoming, comfortable and tailored to the customer’s vision. McCree shared our philosophies of both quality and value, and the renovations done with McCree are proof of that. McCree also met the deadline, finishing the project on time and on budget. The team of people on this project never failed to lose sight of the best interests of our company; and I would highly recommend McCree to anyone looking to build with a higher standard.
