OCPS Ocoee Elementary

McCree was responsible for the construction of this important OCPS replacement project. The OCPS Ocoee Elementary School replacement required the construction of a new school. This school is a state-of-the-art design including classrooms, administrative offices, labs, music rooms, art rooms, a kitchen, and a cafeteria. In addition, this new school included new PE facilities and play areas, and it integrated a new parking and bus loop layout. McCree’s construction management role provided steady oversight during preconstruction and field execution, helping the team coordinate scope, schedule, phasing, and quality from start to finish. The completed project provides a durable, organized environment built for learning and long-term campus use.
