Project Overview
The City of Winter Haven Fire Safety Complex is the new center of Winter Haven’s growing emergency operations division. The finished building includes a 4-bay 2-story fire station built in the center of town. The complex also features an administrative building as well as another building for general vehicle maintenance. McCree designed and built the entire complex, providing both architectural and construction management services for the City of Winter Haven. Through McCree’s design-build approach, planning, design, and construction stayed aligned around budget, constructability, and long-term performance. The completed facility gives the owner a dependable civic asset built for service, flexibility, and long-term value.
