Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church Orlando

McCree designed and built Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church a new Multi-Purpose building and renovate an existing building on their campus. This almost 20,000 square foot new building and renovation was designed and constructed in nine (9) months to meet the criteria and bring added value to the Church. When the final estimate exceeded the Church’s budget, McCree quickly stepped in and came up with several value engineering options that did not reduce the quality of the buildings, the Church’s needs, and brought the final estimate to a cost within the Church’s budget. While working on an occupied campus, McCree worked diligently to create a safe and clean site so that the Church was able to maintain its daily operations with minimal disruptions. Through McCree’s design-build approach, planning, design, and construction stayed aligned around budget, constructability, and long-term performance. The completed facility feels welcoming and durable, with an emphasis on long-term use and community connection.
