Magnolia Towers Westminster Communities

Project Overview

Due to the close proximity of this HUD facility to the 408 East-West expressways, the residents of Magnolia Towers Westminster Communities have always experienced highly disruptive traffic noise. This HUD campus hired McCree to replace the windows with acoustical windows to eliminate the heavy sounds coming from the highway. McCree completed the window replacement project with care and consideration working in and around the resident’s homes. Immediately after completing the project, residents found relief in their now quiet facility. Through McCree’s design-build approach, planning, design, and construction stayed aligned around budget, constructability, and long-term performance. The finished environment balances comfort, functionality, and long-term performance for residents and staff alike.

Client Testimonial
McCree executed the window replacement project while our residents carried on with their daily activities. Replacing windows in 199 resident apartments was no easy task, but McCree was able to put our residents at ease, demonstrating they realized that they were not working in just an apartment, but in someone’s home. Our residents are thrilled with the end result. McCree was able to complete the project three weeks ahead of schedule. They remained within our budget, and exceeded our expectations for quality.
