Healthy West Orange Headquarters

The West Orange Healthcare District aka Healthy West Orange selected McCree to complete the construction of their new 20,000 square-foot medical office building. The facility houses their operations along with multiple tenant spaces for lease. On the second floor of the building is a large multi-purpose community room and outdoor terrace. The project utilized tilt-wall structure and DIRT wall systems. As general contractor, McCree focused on disciplined field execution, coordination, and craftsmanship to deliver the work efficiently and with minimal disruption. The completed facility provides a clean, welcoming environment built to support care delivery and long-term performance.
