As one of the nation’s leading beer distributors, widely known for its Budweiser and Anheuser-Busch family of products, Wayne Densch, Inc. sought McCree to expand its corporate headquarters facility in Sanford in order to fulfill the demands of its quickly growing operations. McCree executed both the design and construction on the project requiring site preparation work on approximately eight acres adjacent to the existing facility which then served as its warehouse and distribution center. The team also managed the clearing, filling, and grading of the site along with completing specific drainage utility requirements.

The project was completed on schedule and on budget, exceeding the customer’s expectations of quality and customer service.
