South Orange Properties hired McCree to design and build a new nearly 75,000-square-foot distribution facility to be located near the 528 in South Orlando. The distribution center will serve the needs throughout Central Florida. The building exists on nearly 240,000 square feet of site and has 147 parking spaces. The building is multi-tenant with high bay capacity to meet varying loads.

Everything was completed on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality.
