As a leading manufacturer of high-resolution laser equipment for domestic and international customers, Lee Laser required a specific space for their high-tech manufacturing plant and headquarters office. The initial facility was nothing more than a warehouse. McCree renovated the building to include a hybrid of industrialized features and practical administrative elements. Much like any space that requires the possibility of laboratory and research facilities, Lee Laser required a team skilled in the art of working in tight spaces with consummate discretion regarding mitigation plans and the safety of the general public.
