McCree and SchenkelShultz designed and built the City of Inverness Government Center to house six city departments, including administration, public works, developmental services, finance, and parks and recreation as well as city council chambers. Additional spaces were also included to be used for future expansion and interim tenant lease. High-quality and low-maintenance materials were used to construct the two-story concrete block building, which also features custom millwork performed by McCree’s in-house millshop.

This project was completed on time, on budget, and to exceptional quality.
