Southgate Phase II is a premier office/warehouse building that demonstrates an exceptionally high level of attention to design and detail for an industrial project. A distinctive image was created for this 260,000 square foot, one-story facility by use of banding patterns and architectural reveals on the walls. The building is constructed of tilt-up concrete panels with pre-engineered framing and a long-lasting standing built-up roof. The design of this building places an emphasis on its functionality with its flexible warehouse space. Electrical and mechanical systems were designed to be efficient, low maintenance and cost effective.
