McCree designed and built the first fully digital broadcast network headquarters in the United States in 1994. This project included the renovation of a 40,000-square-foot warehouse into office, main studio, Master Control, and production space. McCree has continued to work with the Golf Channel, and its headquarters now encompasses 80,000 square feet with three full studios, greatly enlarged and renovated production areas, offices, and Master Control space. In 2009, McCree was responsible for the renovation of the Master Control area and the relocation of Production Control to a new and updated space. This project included new sound-rated STC 26 demising walls between the new Production Control space and Studio A, a new raised computer floor, and new mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and fire protection systems. This A/C upgrade replaced two existing Liebert computer floor-mounted air conditioners, increasing the capacity from 70 tons to 90 tons. We also raised the existing acoustical ceiling from 9 feet to 11 feet and relocated low electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler lines to accommodate the new ductwork and higher ceiling elevation. This project was a completed in 5 months.

The project was completed on time, on budget, and to superb quality.
