Reiter Park Longwood

McCree designed and built the master-planned recreational area for the City of Longwood. The project required extensive sitework, demolition, and much-needed storm drainage improvements. The project scope included adding basketball and tennis courts, skateboard facilities, and a signature children’s playground. Thought was given to the design of the playground equipment to ensure it met accessibility needs. A paved walkway and fitness trail, including LifeTrail fitness stations, were incorporated into the park’s design. The area also features a large pavilion for family and social gatherings as well as an open-air pavilion.

The project was completed on time, on budget, and to exceptional quality.
