Market at Southside

We have such a relationship with Pineloch Management, having completed many successful projects with them over the years, and so we were thrilled when they hired us yet again to complete their new Market at Southside Project. This project involved a complete renovation of the shopping center’s facade as well as site upgrades and other improvements. The work was challenging. Multiple tenants with different business hours and heavy pedestrian traffic required detailed scheduling, logistics, and communication to ensure customers and tenants were never negatively affected by the construction process. As general contractor, McCree focused on disciplined field execution, coordination, and craftsmanship to deliver the work efficiently and with minimal disruption. The finished space helps the client deliver a memorable customer experience while supporting efficient daily use.
