Reiter Park Longwood

McCree designed and built the master planned recreational area for the City of Longwood. The project required extensive sitework, demolition and much-needed storm drainage improvements. The project scope included adding basketball and tennis courts, skateboard facilities, and a signature children’s playground. Thought was given to the design and style of the playground equipment to ensure it met accessibility needs. Through McCree’s design-build approach, planning, design, and construction stayed aligned around budget, constructability, and long-term performance. The result is an engaging destination that balances performance, flexibility, and visitor experience.
