McCree was selected to transform “Momm’s Meats and Popp’s Produce” into “Fresh Fields Farm.” This transformation encompassed a full façade makeover of the meat department, roof replacement, siding work and other aesthetic features. All of the work needed to be completed while the market remained fully operational. McCree removed the old roof system, raised the roof area eight feet and replaced it with standard seam metal roofing. The exterior face lift also included new siding and wrapping existing concrete columns with cedar. Through McCree’s design-build approach, planning, design, and construction stayed aligned around budget, constructability, and long-term performance. The finished space helps the client deliver a memorable customer experience while supporting efficient daily use.
