City of Lake Mary City Hall

The City of Lake Mary was so pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of the McCree team on the Renovation of the Lake Mary Town Hall that they came back to McCree, awarding our firm the Design-Build contract for the new Fire Station #33. This fire station was completed in only four months, utilizing unique building methods. Fire Station #33 also included community space for local citizens and an onsite generator and facilities which allow this building to act as an emergency operations center for the entire City in the event of a man-made or natural disaster. McCree also completed the Lake Mary Community Center. Through McCree’s design-build approach, planning, design, and construction stayed aligned around budget, constructability, and long-term performance. The completed facility gives the owner a dependable civic asset built for service, flexibility, and long-term value.
