Project Overview

Fire Station #15 was another one of the five prototypical fire stations designed and built by McCree for the City of Orlando. It is located in southeast Orlando, and McCree’s flexible prototypical design allowed for architectural elements which ensured that it would meet the aesthetic of its surrounding community. This building has been praised for both its unique design and environmentally conscious features. It is equipped with truck bays, offices, sleeping and living quarters, a dining/ meeting room, a triage area, and a state-of-the-art kitchen. Through McCree’s design-build approach, planning, design, and construction stayed aligned around budget, constructability, and long-term performance. The completed facility gives the owner a dependable civic asset built for service, flexibility, and long-term value.
