The Olympia High School project focused on the addition and integration of a new classroom building on a busy campus. As a high school this project demanded a high degree of competence in technology and logistics to ensure that state-of-the-art systems were properly installed and construction was completed within the schedule deadlines. This space included new classrooms, science labs, and administrative offices. New technology was included throughout, and all existing utilities were integrated with the existing campus. Work was completed on an occupied campus within tight site conditions and exceeded the District’s expectations.
