Tire Kingdom in Sanford
ORLANDO, Fla. (January 3, 2007) – McCree recently completed construction on a new Tire Kingdom in Sanford, located at 4401 W. 1st St. The $1.2 million, 9,000 sq ft. facility is described by the owners as the Taj Mahal of tire stores.
“Sanford is not your typical Tire Kingdom,” said Todd Carr, Vice President of Pavilion Development, the developer for Tire Kingdom. “There are several architectural enhancements that make this building stand out. It is an attractive addition to Hwy 46 and to the City of Sanford.”
The facility features 10 service bays with hydraulic lifts, and intricate displays throughout the building. This is the first Tire Kingdom built by McCree, with many more to be designed and built by McCree in the near future.
“We are very proud of our first Tire Kingdom and to have gained such a prestigious customer,” said Joe Robertson, VP and project coordinator for McCree. “This project really shows McCree’s project diversity and top notch quality.”
Currently in its 80th year, McCree, Inc. provides concept to completion design-build services for numerous project types and serves as Central Florida’s oldest design-build firm.
