McCree’s roots are in General Contracting. That’s how our company got started more than 80 years ago. In the general contracting delivery method, the plans are done by a separate architect and turned over to McCree for construction. McCree has experience in working with numerous architects throughout Central Florida. The added bonus to working with McCree in this type of delivery method is that we bring our architectural experience and are happy to serve as a construction advisor for our clients. Our customers find this experience very helpful in finding cost saving opportunities and verification of contractibility.

Self Perform

McCree provides a seamless construction process by self-performing many of the trades associated with a new building. Offering these in-house services keeps the total and completed structure in mind, rather than fractional delivery of parts, pieces and trades.
