McCree Wins Multiple Awards for Excellence in Industry

ORLANDO, Fla. (October 22, 2007) – McCree Designed & Built Right! recently earned several awards for Excellence in Construction from the Central Florida chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors. McCree was nominated for and received an Eagle Award, a merit award and two honorable mentions.

The Eagle Award, the association’s top honor for a general contractor, was awarded in the ‘Churches/Religious $1-$5 million’ category for McCree’s work on Shiloh Baptist Church. McCree provided construction management services for the 18,720 square foot state-of-the-art worship and activity center located in the Paramour neighborhood or downtown Orlando.

Hughes Kitchen and Bath Collection garnered a Merit Award in ‘Commercial $1-$5 million’ category. The structure, modeled in keeping with the Mediterranean architecture that surrounds the North Orange Avenue neighborhood where the building is located, boasts almost 9,000 square feet of showroom space for kitchen and bath products.

Both Tire Kingdom in Sanford and Ventura Elementary School in Kissimmee earned honorable mentions in the ‘Commercial $1-$5 million’ and ‘Schools/Educational $1-$5 million’ categories, respectively.
