McCree Starts Design on New Physician Associates and Golf Channel Projects

ORLANDO, Fla. (January 5, 2006) – McCree was awarded design-build contracts for a stand-alone medical building for Physician Associates and the interior renovations of a newly acquired building for The Golf Channel.

The 15,000 sq ft. two-story medical facility for Physician Associates, located at the intersection of University Boulevard and Dean Road, will house 10 doctors. Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in May and be completed by February. The building will be named University Professional Building, LLC.

The Golf Channel selected McCree to renovate their newly acquired building next to their current location at 7580 Commerce Center Dr. Renovations include a new lobby and multiple office spaces.

Both organizations are repeat customers of McCree. This is the third new stand-alone building McCree has done for Physician Associates and the seventh project in total with them. The Golf Channel is also a long-time customer and this new project will further a working relationship of 13 years.

“We love that our customers come back to us time and time again,” said Richard McCree Jr., CEO of McCree. “It’s the best compliment a business can receive.
